FAQs
Private Membership
How do I become a Private Member?
Private Membership is granted as space on our mailing list is made available, either through production increases or existing member attrition. Prospective members should sign up for the Waiting List in order to obtain a spot on the mailing list, which can be done using the link on the upper righthand corner of our website.
What is the wait time?
Wait times are dependent on current member attrition and production growth. The typical wait time to become a member is 12-18 months.
What does Private Membership entail?
Our Private Members enjoy priority access to our wines as they are released at the member price, including wines that are member exclusive (Mach One and Galitzine Vineyard wines).
What does it cost?
There are no fees/dues to become a member with us. Once a spot is available, the only requirement to maintain membership is to meet the minimum purchasing requirements.
What are the purchase requirements?
We ask that members make at least one purchase every year to maintain a spot on our list.
How many releases do you have per year? When are they / which wines?
We have 4 regular releases every calendar year: the Columbia Valley Cab in February, Mach One Vineyard release in May, Galitzine Vineyard release in August, and the CVR release in October.
Do you have events for Private Members?
Historically we have held a private tasting event for members once per year, typically in March to coincide with the in-person pickup of the Columbia Valley release. Since Covid, we have put the tasting event on hold, however we are hoping to have another invitational in the near future. All eligible members will receive an invitation to our events as they occur.
Shipping
When does each release ship?
The shipping timeframes for our releases are primarily determined by weather. Warmer regions of the country will be the first to receive shipments for the Winter and Spring releases, whereas cooler regions will receive their shipments first for the Summer and Fall releases.
Typical Shipping Timeframe
Winter Release: mid-February – April
Spring Release: late-April – May
Summer Release: September – November
Fall Release: late-October – November
Will I receive notification prior to shipping?
Do you use UPS or FedEx?
Our default carrier is UPS. FedEx shipping is available upon request, but their rates are higher.
Can I use my own account?
- No, since it’s alcohol.
How do I change my shipping address?
Shipping addresses can be saved and edited in your profile. If you are in need of a shipping address change on an existing order that has yet to ship, please contact the winery to have the order amended.
We highly recommend shipping to a business…
What if I’m not home to receive delivery? What are my options?
- Reschedule delivery, reroute to a neighbor, recall and reship.
- Sign up for UPS MyChoice so you can intercept your own packages.
